We will be serving the following 3 Pairings for $45 per person and Wine Club $35
Come tantalize your taste buds with Our Friday Night Flights featuring the following pairings:
Filet of Beef Medallions w/ Gorgonzola Cream paired with 2020 Merlot. Hand Cut Filet Medallions, sautéed in butter and rosemary, then Placed atop a nest of Garlic Thyme Spaghetti Squash, and finally we enrobe this dish with our gorgonzola cream and finish with fresh cracked pepper.
Braised Lamb & Spinach Manicotti w/ Basil Gel paired with 2020 Syrah. Slow cooked Leg of Lamb with Red wine and Ras el Hanout spices. Once the Lamb is tender we shred & blend it with Fresh Spinach, Ricotta Cheese, & Preserved Lemon. Next we stuff each Sleeve with this filling, & garnish with Basil Tomato Gel & Micro Basil
Stretched Shrimp Cocktail paired with 2022 Unoaked Chardonnay. Japanese Style Shrimp Stretched and Skewered, Then Blanched in a flavorful broth consisting of Togarashi, Bonito, Dashi, and White Miso. These beauties are served with Sriracha Cocktail Sauce & Lemon
Each Guest must purchase their own ticket for the flight.
