DESCRIPTION:Additional Event Information:\nYou’re invited to Sierra Vista Winery’s Masquerade Murder Mystery Dinner!  Just in time for All Hallow’s Eve. With a mystery under each facial façade\, unmasking the killer may be quite a challenge. The question on everyone’s lips is who is the figure in red? Seen conversing with several guests\, no one seems to admit to knowing them. A glass smashes and a figure\, still wearing a mask\, is found dead on the floor.  Will their identity be revealed? And why did someone want them dead? \nIt’s up to you to determine which partygoer is guilty\, who is this figure in RED? bring this crime to justice\, and save the party! We encourage everyone to wear a Masquerade Costume to complete the experience and remember you could become the leading suspect! \nWe will be serving a 3 course meal listed below: \nCourse 1 Salad \n\nRoasted Butternut Squash & Spinach Salad. Served with Roasted Butternut\, Spinach\, Almond slices\, and Tangy Apple Cider Vinaigrette. This Salad is served within its own roasted pumpkin bowl.\n\n  \nCourse 2 Entree \n\nSpiral Short Rib w/Caramelized Onion and Beef Jus Sauce. Cold water lobster tail\, Cleaned and Shelled. Next we slice the lobster tail and sautéed it in clarified butter and garlic. Finally the lobster is stuffed back inside its shell then placed on a foundation of Yuzu Polenta & Garnished w/Thermidor Sauce. \nRosa Family Beef Spheres w/Rich Robust Red Sauce & Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano paired with our NEW Motherload Red. Beef Chuck is finely chopped into a medium grind\, next we add Breadcrumbs\, Italian Seasoning\, Garlic\, Onion\, Rosemary and Thyme to the grind. Then the Mixture is portioned into large Spheres and roasted until Medium. DESCRIPTION:Additional Information:\nDon’t miss your chance to take a stroll through our legacy vineyard\, while enjoying 4 separate food and wine pairings. This opportunity doesn’t come around often and attendance is limited so sign up while you can. Take part of some amazing photo opportunities with grapes on the vines ready to be harvested\, the best views in the area and some tantalizing food and wine options. \nGuests will start with Sparkling Brut in the tasting room at check-in. The stroll will then take you past 10 different grape varietals with stops at 3 individual food and wines stations. At each station\, you’ll enjoy wine harvested from that block paired with the perfect food to bring the flavors together. \nThe stroll is approximately ½ mile with and considered to be an easy to moderate walk. Closed toe shoes are recommended. \n  \nBelow is the list of pairings: \nSparkling Brut w/ Kelsey Plum Tatin \n\nSweet meets Sour in this light and refreshing treat. We combine ripe Kelsey plum puree w/ gelatin and pipe the mixture into the Tatin shells and garnish with sliced Kelsey Plum and sweet lemon sauce.\n\n  \nPicpoul Blanc w/ Butternut Ravioli & Sage Butter \n\nRich and Creamy Butternut Squash is combined with fresh pasta and cooked al dente. Next the Ravioli is enrobed in Sage Butter and garnished with Parsley\n\n  \nTiger Lily Cabernet Sauvignon w/ Beef Meatballs & Marinara \n\nLean Ground Chuck is combined with bread crumbs\, egg\, oregano\, sage\, thyme\, and garlic. Then The mixture is balled and roasted to golden perfection. Our new menu will feature over a dozen different culinary creations that are specifically paired with our current releases by our new Chef Justin. \nTaste a wide range of seasonal offerings from Blackberry Buratta all the way up to gourmet petite entrees\, such as 4oz Filet of Beef au Poivre. \n At the party\, all wine club members will enjoy a complimentary Amuse Bouche of Melon\, Blackberry\, Strawberry and aged Cheddar that pairs wonderfully with our Elevation 2800 white blend pictured below. \nWe’ll have all of the amazing culinary offerings available for purchase with an additional 10% off your already wine club discounted food pricing at the release party. \nIf you miss the party\, don’t worry!
