SUMMARY:Sierra Vista's Spring Bud Break Sip and Stroll
DESCRIPTION:Additional Event Information:\nWine tasting through the Vineyard with food pairings at 4 different stations in the Vineyards. \nFirst you will meet in the event room for Sparkling wine\, then we will head to our first stop on our path through the vineyard which is between our recently grafted Picpoul vines and our long standing Chardonnay block. There you will try our Elevation White blend which is predominantly Chardonnay\, but has Viognier and Roussanne in the blend as well. Next you will make your way over to our Viognier Block and sample our 2021 Viognier. Then you will head up our main vineyard access road to our Grenache #1 block. There you will sample our 2020 Fleur De Montagne\, which is our Grenache based Rhone blend. Lastly you will get to try our newly released 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon\, and get an up close look at our over 45 year old Cabernet Sauvignon vines.
