Warm aromas of butter\, honey\, vanilla and over ripe peach entice you into this lesser known Rhone varietal. It is full bodied and rich\, with cinnamon and toast notes from the oak aging. The honey notes that Roussanne are known for continue through the palate and into the long finish that leaves you ready for another sip. \nPaired With: Asian Slaw with Carrots\, Peppers\, and Cabbage with slivered Almonds and a Peanut Sauce \n  \nMerlot Mountain Ridge Reserve 2018 \nOver ripe black cherries\, cinnamon\, vanilla\, violets and rosemary are the primary aromas of this beautiful\, deep garnet wine. The cherry notes on the palate are more reminiscent of pie cherry than black cherry.
