Murder Myster Dinner

We will be serving a 3 course meal listed below:

Course 1 Salad

• Roasted Butternut Squash & Spinach Salad. Served with Roasted Butternut, Spinach, Almond slices, and Tangy Apple Cider Vinaigrette. This Salad is served within its own roasted pumpkin bowl.

Course 2 Entrée

• Spiral Short Rib w/Caramelized Onion and Beef Jus Sauce. Beef Short Rib, Rubbed with Garlic, Sage, Rosemary, then Partially cut from the bone to create a Spiral, next the meat is pinned and slow roasted for 10 hours. The Short rib is garnished with Caramelized Onion, Beef Jus Veloute & Fresh Herbs.

Course 3 Dessert

• Redrum Murder Mystery Cake. Rich Chocolate Cake Layered with Ganache, and Filled with A lava like center. This Course is the “piece de resistance” of our culinary evening.

Ticket Prices include the show and dinner. We will sell Wine by the glass WC $7 & GP $10 or bottle.
