Our unoaked style of Chardonnay is made to showcase the purity of fruit characteristics that our Chardonnay has to offer. Laid bare with no oak influence and no malolactic fermentation. Notes of pineapple, golden delicious apple and Asian pear, meld into one another seamlessly. Orange blossom, meyer lemon and butterscotch provide a depth of aroma on the nose. This wine finishes clean and crispy with a lasting hint of baked pear.
