Winemaker’s Dinner at Smith Flat House
Saturday March 22nd at 6:30pm
Indulge in an evening of memorable food enhanced by the paring of superb wines with our head chef and Sierra Vista’s winemakers.
$90 per person + tax/gratuity
It will include the following 4 Couse dinner:
First Course
Mojo Salmon Rice Bowl- Forbidden rice, red cabbage, avocado, cucumber, citrus marinated salmon and mojo sauce. Paired with Picpoul Blanc
Second Course
Serrano-Lime Salad- Quinoa, street corn, black beans, locally grown micro cilantro, lime gastrique and serrano pepper. Paired with Savanna
Third Course
Toasted Ravioli- Breaded and deep fried house made ravioli served with fire-roasted bell pepper marinara, locally grown micro basil and balsamic reduction. Paired with Zinfandel
Fourth Course
Braised Short Rib- Slow-braised beef short rib served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes, carrot puree and rich red wine gravy. Paired with Cabernet Sauvignon
