Come tantalize your taste buds with Our Friday Night Flights featuring the following pairings:
Early Spring Salad paired with 2023 White Grenache
Butter Leaf, Baby Spinach, Local Strawberries, Dried Apricot, Feta Cheese, Toasted Walnut, Blood Orange Vinaigrette
Herb-Ricotta Ravioli paired with 2022 Cabernet Franc
Rich Demi-Glace with Wild Mushroom Hash, Accented with Caramelized Leek and Grana Padano. Crowned with Braised Angus Short Rib
Lamb Lollipops paired with 2020 Tiger Lily Outlaw
Smoke Kissed New Zealand Lamb Chops, Yukon-celeriac Puree, Spring Garlic, Caulilini, Sauce Au Poivre
Each Guest must purchase their own ticket for the flight.
