Grilled Beef Medallion

Charred sweet corn & heirloom tomato relish, smoked poblano chimichurri- Smokey and Vibrant paired with 2020 Tiger Lily 1855

Grilled Semi-Boneless Chicken

Stone fruit & Fennel Salad, white balsamic-peach reduction- Delicately rich with a touch of summer sweetness paired with 2023 White Grenache

Artisan Sausage Link

Summer squash agrodolce, grilled polenta toast, roasted red pepper romesco- Savory with bright acidity paired with 2022 Morvedre

Each Guest must purchase their own ticket for the flight.
