We will be serving the following 3 Pairings for $55 per person and Wine Club $45
Come tantalize your taste buds with Our Friday Night Flights featuring the following pairings:
– Crispy Lump Crab Cake with Lemon-Herb Aioli paired with 2023 Picpoul Blanc
(Golden brown, delicate, and flavorful with a citrusy, herbaceous finish)
-Grilled Misoo-Lemongrass Prawns with Coconut Ponzu Aioli paired with 2023 Chardonnay Barrel Aged
(Bright, umami-rich, with a creamy citrus finish)
-Blackened Mahi-Mahi with Roasted Corn & Avocado Salsa paired with 2022 Grenache
(Spiced, smoky, and fresh with a vibrant salsa)
Each Guest must purchase their own ticket for the flight.
