We will be serving the following 3 Pairings for $45 per person and Wine Club $35

Come tantalize your taste buds with Our Friday Night Flights featuring the following pairings:

Chicken Piccata

Tender chicken breast simmered in a bright lemon-caper butter sauce, finished with fresh herbs paired with 2023 Viognier.

Crisp and floral with citrus notes that echo the brightness of the piccata.

Angel Hair Pomodoro

Delicate pasta tossed with vine-ripened tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and hand-torn basil, crowned with shaved Parmesan paired with Elevation Red.

Rich and juicy while being easy drinking bridge the two chicken classics.

Chicken Marsala

Pan-seared chicken in a rich mushroom and Marsala wine reduction, finished with a touch of cream paired with 2022 Fleur De’ Montagne.

Bold and Smooth to complement the savory depth of the sauce.

Each Guest must purchase their own ticket for the flight.
