If a trip to Tuscany isn’t in the cards this summer, don’t worry—we’re bringing the heart of Italy right here to the Sierra Foothills. We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Italian Days, happening every Thursday from 12pm to 7pm at the winery!
Each month, Chef Mike will be preparing a rotating menu of classic Italian pasta dishes, inspired by regional traditions and crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients. From creamy, savory favorites to bright, herb-forward sauces, there’s something for every palate. And of course, no Italian meal is complete without pizza—so we’ll be firing up our gourmet brick oven pizzas, baked to perfection with crispy made in-house crusts, bubbling cheese, and bold, delicious toppings.
To set the mood, we’re turning up the charm with Italian music drifting through the air, creating an authentic ambiance that feels like a European getaway. Picture yourself sipping wine under the gentle sway of the elm tree, overlooking the stunning high Sierra Mountain range, while enjoying the warm flavors of Italy—it’s the perfect way to slow down and savor the moment.
Whether you prefer a glass of crisp white with your pasta primavera or a bold red with your Margherita pizza, our incredible Sierra Vista wines are available by the glass or by the bottle, making every bite that much more enjoyable.
And if your schedule doesn’t allow you to join us in person—good news! You can still enjoy Italian Days from the comfort of your home. We’ve partnered with DoorDash, so Chef Mike’s signature dishes and our wood-fired pizzas can be delivered straight to your door. It’s never been easier to enjoy handcrafted Italian cuisine paired with exceptional local wine, no matter where your Thursday takes you.
