Spring at Sierra Vista Winery

Mar 11, 2026 | Wines

As the vineyards wake up and our gardens burst into bloom, the property comes alive with vibrant flowers, fresh green vines, and sweeping Sierra foothill views that invite you to slow down, sip, and stay awhile.
Our tasting room is open daily and offers the perfect place to gather with friends, discover new favorites, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon indoors or out. Take your glass to the patio, settle into an Adirondack chair, and soak in the scenery — spring sunshine, colorful blossoms, and the peaceful vineyard setting make every visit feel like a mini getaway.

This season also brings an exciting new release we can’t wait to share. The new Old Vine Syrah offers rich dark fruit and spice, making it a perfect companion for grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and cozy dinners with family and friends. Our Viognier is bright and aromatic, with beautiful floral notes and crisp stone-fruit flavors that pair wonderfully with spring dishes and lighter fare. Both of these wines are my pick for Easter gatherings and dishes. Whether you’re planning a festive meal or simply stocking up for the season, these wines are made for the table.

Mark your calendars for one of our favorite weekends of the year — Passport Weekend, April 18th and 19th, happening alongside our Annual Spring Extravaganza on April 18th. It’s the ideal time to explore the winery, enjoy special tastings, celebrate the new releases, and experience everything Sierra Vista has to offer at the height of spring. Even better, guests can use code SIERRA5 for $5 off their Passport ticket.

From blooming flowers and fresh wines to festive events and relaxing afternoons on the grounds, spring at Sierra Vista Winery is truly something special. We invite you to come taste what’s new, breathe in the fresh air, and make a day of it with us.
We’ll save you a seat.
