Bright, crisp and refreshing would be an apt compendium in describing this wine. Notes of meyer lemon, tangerine and pineapple come to the forefront of the palate, while aromas of lemon balm and apple blossom lift from the glass. This wine is unique, expressive and rarely grown and produced in California. We believe that Picpoul Blanc is perfectly suited for our high elevation legacy vineyard. This feisty wine is tamed when paired with oysters or fresh scallops.
