Produced from fifty-year-old "own rooted" Cabernet Sauvignon vines, our 2022 vintage is in a class of its own. Deep garnet color, and boasting aromas of pie cherries, clove, and red currant spice with tinge of underlying tobacco leaf and oak. The palate has depth and body with ample dark cherry fruit. Enjoy with grilled meats or a savory beef stew.
