Tasting Notes:

Our Barrel Aged Chardonnay is whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented, and barrel aged. This style of Chardonnay is made to exemplify the beauty and complexity of the marriage of favors made between Chardonnay and oak. Butterscotch and orange zest in the entry with notes of caramel, pear, and honey in the finish. This wine is texturally rich with alluring acidity that keeps one coming back for another taste.
