Tasting Notes:

The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is the first estate grown Sauvignon Blac Sierra Vista has ever produced, and thus we are very proud of it. We grafted Sauvignon Blanc onto Roussanne vines at the bottom South West corner of our vineyard in a spot that we thought would be ideal. As it turns out, the early results are proving correct. This wine exemplifies the beauty of Sauvignon Blanc grown at high elevation, Rich in texture, with pear and apple fruit, and a long finish with balanced acidity. We can't wait for what's more to come from this vineyard.
